I work with all my clients on site, as much as possible, where they use their tech so issues are resolved where they are occurring. Yes, you can bring equipment to an Apple store and have them make sure everything is fine. But you may also get back home or to the office with the equipment and the issue is still present. It is not always the equipment you bring but what it connects with that ends up causing the issues.
I will travel throughout Eastern Mass and Rhode Island. I bill travel at $60/hr.
