My services range from setting up new and integrating with existing technology, transferring data from old to new devices and working through issues. Sometimes it's a matter of trying to figure out if the issues are software or hardware related. If the issue is not caused by hardware failure, I work through getting the issues resolved. If the issues are caused by hardware failure, the resolution is either repair or replacement. I work together with my clients to make those decisions. I also help clients find equipment, not necessarily from Apple, to help them with their workflow.
Billing rate is $120/hr. I don't technically have a minimum but billing is usually broken out in quarter hour increments.
My clients are my priority. If I am with a client they get my full attention. If you call while I'm with another client you will get voicemail. Please leave a message. I will return your call as soon as I can. I'm sure you would appreciate the same attention while I work with you.
I will return email and texts when I can but almost always by end of day just not necessarily end of business day.
